Internet Was Down

With the age of technology advancing everyday, my wife detected an internet outage before even turning on the computer. She called me saying the internet was down, no worries, but without hesitation I asked, "did you try reseting the network settings?" she said no that instead she realized she hadn't received an email notification from Facebook in a while and suspected the internet was down. I called the company and sure enough, our internet was indeed not working. Amazing what we rely upon these days for information. It was a comical situation. In fact, I am smiling while typing this.
